JUNGLIA OKINAWA and SPA JUNGLIA (collectively referred to as "JUNGLIA") is a theme park managed by Japan Entertainment Inc.(the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). We are committed to respecting personal data and protecting the privacy of all individuals who visit JUNGLIA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in relation to JUNGLIA.

Particularly, if any laws of the following countries, regions or states are applicable, the following applicable policy shall also be applied in conjunction with this Privacy Policy.

    • Notification of our activities (including sending or transmitting greeting cards, New Year's cards, etc.)

  • Your personal data may be disclosed to and shared with Katana Force LLC, the system licensee for the official ticket service on this website.
  • Your personal data may also be disclosed to and shared by our affiliates (including their employees having authority to process the relevant personal data).
  • Your personal data may be disclosed to and shared with service providers, marketing service providers and security service providers for services offered by JUNGLIA, to the extent necessary to use the services.
  • In order to provide services, products and advertisements that match the hobbies and preferences of our guests by analyzing their browsing history and usage history on this official ticket service, official website, app or third-party platforms, we may provide personal information of our guests to various advertising-related businesses.

We may jointly use personal data with the following joint users within the scope of the purposes of use described in "2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information" above, in accordance with the framework of data sharing under the Act on Protection of Personal Information of Japan.

  • We may share personal information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses with our affiliated companies. In such cases, our company will be responsible for managing such personal data.
  • We will engage in the following joint use of information with EVENTIFY Inc., which operates the ticket sales management system " Funity ".

    • Purpose of joint use: Purpose of use as stipulated in Article 2 of Funity's "Terms of Use for Personal Information Protection"
    • Personal data management officer: EVENTIFY Co., Ltd.

6. Transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

The personal data that we hold about you may be transferred to, and stored by, a third party outside the EEA or the United Kingdom.

Where we transfer your personal data to a third party outside the EEA or the United Kingdom, we will ensure that :

10. Children's Privacy

When handling personal data of guests under the age of 16 and when we process personal data based on consent as the legal ground for that, we may collect his or her personal data on the basis of consent given by the holder of parental responsibility over the minor. If the user is a minor under 16, and you intend to send us your personal data, please make sure that your parent has consented to your action. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under the age of 16 without a lawful basis, we will promptly take all reasonable steps to delete the data from our system.
