Services at the Park

Guest Relation

Guest Relation, located next to the entrance gate, for the following services.

  • Park Information: Information on how to enjoy the park and information of each area.
  • Lost and Found: Support for lost items in the park.
  • Lost Children: Support for lost children.

Counters are available both before and after entering the park, so please feel free to stop by if you have anything.

Beverage Vending Machines

We are planning to install 12 vending machines at 7 locations in the park. You can purchase your drinks here, along with the food carts.

Coin Lockers

There are paid coin lockers available for a fee just inside the entrance gate.

  • L size (W 346mm x D 482mm x H 774mm): 18 units 800 yen (tax included)
  • M size (W 346mm x D 422mm x H 370mm): 36 units 500 yen (tax included)

For luggage that does not fit into the Coin Lockers, please use Luggage Storage.

Luggage Storage Service (for large items)

Luggage Storage is available near the coin lockers. We will store large items that do not fit in the paid coin lockers. Please check the terms of use in advance.

  • Items that cannot be stored: valuables, flammable items, precision equipment, food and drink, living creatures, etc.
  • Fee: Payable

*The number of items that can be stored is limited. Please understand in advance.

Mobile Battery Rental Service

Mobile Batteries are available for loan at the following three locations in the park.

  • Guest Relation
  • Rental Space
  • JUNGLE EXTREMES

Rental Fee: Payable Enjoy your experience with your smartphone in the park. Please make use of this service.

Smoking Areas

In order to ensure that all guests can enjoy their visit with comfort, smoking is not permitted in any area of the park except for the designated smoking areas. The locations of the smoking area announcement will be updated.

Vegan-friendly Menu

JUNGLIA's various food and drink facilities offer some selection of vegan-friendly menus.

Photo Service

JUNGLIA offers a photo service that automatically takes photos while you are experiencing some of the attractions. You can keep the exciting and thrilling moments of attractions in a natural look by videos and photos. After experiencing the attractions, you can link the 2D code on your 1-Day Ticket to the photos you took, and purchase them later.

How to check and purchase videos and photos:

  1. After experiencing the attractions, check the videos (photos) on the photo monitor
  2. Scan the 2D code on the 1-Day Ticket to link the video (photo) data
  3. Select the video (photo) on the purchase website, purchase and download

Space for guests in wheelchairs to enjoy.

JUNGLIA has a dedicated viewing area for Guests in wheelchairs so that Guests can enjoy the shows and parades in comfort.

Services for Guests with Children

Baby Stroller Rental

Baby Stroller Rental Services are available at the rental space located inside the entrance gate.

  • Price: 1,000 yen/day (tax included)

※ There is a limited number available. Please understand in advance.

Breastfeeding Room

Breastfeeding rooms are available at the rental space located inside the entrance gate.

・Price: 1,000 yen/day (tax included) ・Age: 7 months to 3 years old ・Weight: Up to 15kg

Diaper Changing Space

Diaper changing spaces are available in the restrooms throughout the park. The location and facility information announcement will be updated.

Lost Children

If a child younger than the age of 12 become lost, we will take care of the child at the Guest Relation and help reunite with the guardian. If you notice that your child is lost, please notify your nearest NAVIGATOR.

Meals for children

Meals for children are available at Panorama Dining and Wild Banquet.

Using Attractions

To ensure that children can enjoy the attractions safely, we have set standards for using the attractions based on height and age. These standards differ for each attraction, and children who do not meet the standards cannot use the attractions. In addition, the usage standards for some of the attractions will be announced at a later date. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Child Switch Service

We also have “Child Switch” Services available so that those with young children can enjoy the attractions.

・How to use:

  1. If there are people in your group who do not meet the Usage Standards, you can take turns using the attractions.
  2. While the person who is going to experience the attraction first is using it, the person who is going to experience it second will wait.
  3. When the person who is going to experience the attraction first returns, the person who is going to experience it second will be able to use the attraction. ・Attractions: Dinosaur Safari, BUGGY VOLTAGE ・Reception: Entrance to each attraction

First-aid Center

There is a first aid center in the park. More information will be released when ready.

AED

There are AED (Automated External Defibrillators) throughout various places in the park.

Parking Guide for Guests with Disabilities

There are 14 parking spaces in the park parking lot and 3 in the SPA parking lot for guests with disabilities. Please ask the nearest navigator when in use.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchairs are available in the rental space after entering the entrance gate. The details are as follows.

  • Price: 500 yen/day (tax included)
  • For use by: Those who are worried about walking or moving for long periods of time, or those who need support
  • Specifications: Self-propelled, for use with support
  • Weight limit: Up to 100kg

Barrier-free Restroom

We have barrier-free restrooms in the restrooms throughout park. These restrooms have been designed to be used by guests who feel anxiety or inconvenience for various reasons, such as physical limitations or gender. The locations and facility information announcement will be updated.

Tickets for guests with disabilities

JUNGLIA offers tickets for guests with disabilities and one accompanying guest. There are four types of tickets available: “1 Day Ticket (Adult/Child)” and “Spa Ticket (Adult/Child)”. You can purchase these tickets only at the on-site ticket counter. Please visit the ticket booth for the 1 Day ticket or the spa entrance for the spa ticket.You will need to show your original handbook.

Guests with Wheelchair and Electric Wheelchair

For guests in wheelchairs, we have prepared various supports to ensure that you can spend a comfortable time in each area of the park. Some of the attractions can be used in wheelchairs. The restaurants are fully equipped with wheelchair-accessible seats and elevators. In addition, SPA JUNGLIA is a barrier-free facility with an elevator, private barrier-free bath, and handrails in the bathtub.

About Assistive Access

At the park, we have different support available in each area for assistive access. We have assistive access available for some attractions. We have a dedicated entrance gate for wheelchairs and baby strollers. In addition,separate from assistive access, we have a priority counter for those who need assistance, so please ask a nearby navigator at the ticket booth. In shops, we have shopping baskets that can be attached to wheelchairs.

Guests with Visual or Hearing Disabilities

Guests with visual or hearing disabilities are able to enter the park accompanied by an assistance dog. At SPA JUNGLIA, you can use the private baths assisted by your carer. Please note that assistance dogs are not allowed inside the changing rooms and bathing areas.

Guests with Assistance Dogs

To the guests with assistance dogs, we welcome entrance accompanied by assistance dogs. If you need assistance such as relief areas, please ask a nearby navigator for help. At SPA JUNGLIA, service dogs are permitted to enter, but please note that service dogs are not allowed inside the changing rooms or bathing areas.
