PARKING TERMS

Use of the parking lot (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking Lot") managed by JUNGLIA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions").

1. Provision of Parking Space

  • The Parking Lot is intended to provide vehicle parking space for a limited time for a fee, primarily for the purpose of using the facility operated by the Company, and is not to keep vehicles. It is prohibited to conduct business activities in the Parking Lot without the Company's consent.
  • Use of fire is prohibited in the Parking Lot (except when permitted by the Company, such as during events).

2. Disclaimer

In addition, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users of the Parking Lot due to the acts of other users of the Parking Lot or other persons, or due to the presence of vehicles or their attachments or loads in the Parking Lot, or due to other causes not attributable to the Company that occur in the Parking Lot.

3. Parking Hours

Since the Parking Lot is intended to provide vehicle parking space for a limited time for a fee, primarily for the purpose of using the facility operated by the Company, the Parking Lot may be used until one hour after the facility closes for business on the day of use, unless otherwise approved in advance by the Company.

4. Vehicles that cannot be parked

5. Parking Fee

  • Users of the Parking Lot must pay the fee amount posted in the Parking Lot.
  • Parking fee will be paid in advance or using a payment machine or fee settlement machine installed in the Parking Lot. However, if there is an unavoidable reason, such as a malfunction of these machines, users may pay the parking fee to our employees in the Parking Lot.
  • Regardless of the status of the gate, users must follow the settlement procedures when making settlement.

6. Parking Method

  • Parking Lot users must follow the instructions posted in the Parking Lot and park their vehicles within the parking spaces indicated. Do not park outside of your parking space.
  • Users must stop the engine when parking or stopping in the Parking Lot. However, this does not apply in cases where the Company separately approves.

7. Handling of Abandoned Vehicles

  • If users of the Parking Lot park their vehicles for more than 7 days without notifying the Company, the Company is entitled to request these users to pick up their vehicles by the date specified by the Company by posting notification in the Parking Lot.
  • In the case of (1), if the user refuses or is unable to pick up the vehicle, or if the Company is unable to ascertain the user through no fault of ours, the Company is entitled to request a pickup of the vehicle by the date specified by the Company by giving notification to the owner of the vehicle (the owner and user as shown on the automobile inspection certificate, hereinafter the same), or by posting notification in the Parking Lot. In this case, the user shall be deemed to have waived all rights at the time of delivery of the vehicle by the Company to the owner, and shall not file any claim against the Company for delivery of the vehicle, or any other objection, regardless of the circumstances.
  • In the event that the requests (1) and (2) are made in writing (including notifications posted in the Parking Lot) but the vehicle is not picked up by the date specified by the Company, the Company may deem that the user who received the request and the owner of the vehicle have refused to pick up the vehicle.
  • After exceeding the date specified in the provision of (1), the Company shall not be liable for any damage to the vehicle, unless such damage was caused by our intentional or gross negligence.
  • In the case of (1) and (2), the Company may inspect the vehicle (including its interior) to the extent necessary to ascertain the identity of the user or owner of the vehicle.
  • In the case of (1) and (2), the Company may move the vehicle to another location after posting an advance notice in the Parking Lot if there is a problem with the management of the Parking Lot.
  • Despite our request to pick up the vehicle as set forth in (2), if the vehicle is not picked up by the date specified by the Company at the time of the request, the Company may, after 3 months from the date specified by the Company, sell, dispose of or take other actions against the vehicle in the presence of an impartial third party, upon giving prior notification to the owner of the vehicle or by posting notification in the Parking Lot. In this case, if it is certain that the market value of the vehicle is less than the cost of sale (including the cost of storage of the vehicle after the request), the Company, upon giving a prior notice to the owner of the vehicle or by posting notification in the Parking Lot, may sell, dispose of or take other actions against the vehicle in the presence of an impartial third party immediately after the date specified by us at the time of the request.
  • If the Company disposes of the vehicle pursuant to the provision of (7), the Company shall notify the owner of the vehicle or post notification in the Parking Lot without delay.
  • In the event that the Company disposes of the vehicle pursuant to the provision of (7), the Company shall deduct from the income generated by the disposal of the vehicle the parking fee and expenses, if any, incurred by the Company for storage, transportation, and disposal of the vehicle. In this case, if the costs incurred by the Company are higher than the income from the disposal, the Company shall claim payment of the difference from the owner. If the income from the disposal is higher than the costs incurred by the Company, the Company shall return the difference to the owner.

8. User Liability

In the event that a user of the Parking Lot violates these Terms and Conditions or the regulations posted in the Parking Lot, or intentionally or negligently damages the facilities or equipment of the Parking Lot, the user shall indemnify the Company for damages incurred by the Company (including lost operating profits if all or part of the Parking Lot must be closed as a result of the damage).

9. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

The Company may, without the prior approval of users, change these Terms and Conditions and other parking regulations by posting such changes on the Company's website or by notifying users in a manner appropriate in light of the content of such changes. In the event of a change to these Terms and Conditions, the content of the changed Terms and Conditions and the starting date of application shall be announced in advance by displaying them on storefronts, on the Internet, or by other appropriate means, and the revised Terms and Conditions shall become effective on the day after a reasonable period of time specified at the time of announcement.

  • The Company reserves the right to move, sell, dispose of, or take other actions against any vehicle found parked outside of a parking space, regardless of whether or not the vehicle meets the criteria in Article 4 (1).
